Arcand Lab (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our mobile application (the “Application”). The Application is not connected to a network. COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
The Application was created by teachers, dietitians and game developers to help children who are approximately 8-11 years old to learn about nutrition and healthy eating. The content included in the Application is based on Canada’s Food Guide. It is anticipated that the principal users will be teachers and students. When users access the Application the only data collected will be the high scores for the games played and that data will be strictly individual to the player. No personal or identifying data will be disclosed.

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may use feedback on the Application received from users of the Application to: 

1. Increase the efficiency and operation of the Application.
2. Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Application.
3. Resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems.
4. Respond to product and customer service requests.

No individual data will be generated or shared with third parties.

CHANGES TO THE POLICY
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason.  We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this Privacy Policy.  You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Application after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted. 

LIMITATIONS TO THE POLICY 
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application.  We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party. The Application was created using Unity 3D. Unity’s privacy policy can be found here. The Application currently does not use Unity Analytics, Unity Ads, or other Unity based data collection.

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
The Application may contain links to third-party websites and applications of interest, including advertisements and external services, that are not affiliated with us. Once you have used these links to leave the Application, any information you provide to these third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy, and we cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of your information. Before visiting and providing any information to any third-party websites, you should inform yourself of the privacy policies and practices (if any) of the third party responsible for that website, and should take those steps necessary to, in your discretion, protect the privacy of your information. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other sites, services or applications that may be linked to or from the application, removed from our systems.
